This Shipping Policy explains where Yozcoffee ships, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, customs charges, and what to do if an order is delayed, lost, damaged, refused, or returned.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries and regions listed below. If your country, region, state, or territory is not listed or is not available at checkout, we cannot ship that order at this time.

Available destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico), and Vietnam.

United States note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Orders with shipping addresses in these locations cannot be fulfilled.

Estimated delivery time

The estimates below are standard shipping transit times after shipment. They do not include the 1-2 business day order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area service limitations, or incorrect address details may extend delivery time.

Shipping cost

Yozcoffee currently offers free standard shipping to supported destinations when the destination is available at checkout. No minimum order value is required for standard shipping.

If any optional paid shipping method becomes available, the exact cost in USD will be shown at checkout before you place the order. The shipping options and costs shown at checkout are the final shipping terms for that order.

Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • During holidays, promotions, inventory checks, or unusually high order volume, processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.
  • If a delay affects your order, we will contact you by email.

Tracking

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when tracking is available. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Product prices and shipping costs do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes unless those charges are clearly displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by your country or region are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and undeliverable packages

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@yozcoffee.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, customs refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will review the case and contact you about the available options. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@yozcoffee.com with your order number and tracking number.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the latest tracking update or delivery date. Please include your order number, tracking number, photos of the package and product if damaged, and any carrier notice you received.
